Eat foods that are easy to digest. Food should not be rushed while chewing food should be eaten comfortably and Fried foods should be avoided as they are not easily digested.
Drink water from time to time which keeps the body hydrated.
Clothing should not be too loose or too tight but should be worn that is neither too tight nor too loose.
