With a balanced diet we can work longer. Not taking it will make the body feel tired soon. A balanced diet also provides energy to the body and at the same time helps to keep the body fit.
Fast food should be avoided as it impairs the digestive system and can lead to diseases like obesity.
For good health one must take balanced diet because if there is life then there is world.
